Mr. Fromson is a registered trustee with the Attorney General of the State of California. We have the expertise and accumen to prepare the trust accountings required by the laws of California a various other jurisdictions.

PRINCIPAL OF THE FIRM
Robert is the founding member of the firm and has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California since June, 1971. He also holds the Personal Financial Specialist designation earned by many hours of classwork and passing a comprehensive examination administered by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and is a member of both the AICPA and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Robert also holds the Qualified Financial Planner designation, and offers counsel in all areas of tax, estate and financial planning.

Jack Scissors, CPA

Jim Hallissy
Senior Staff Accountant
Jim is a CPA candidate and has passed the California CPA examination. He has been a staff member at Fromson & Scissors, A.A.C. since June 1994. Jim has extensive experience in financial and tax matters, as well as traditional financial accounting matters.
